Substitutions/Cancellations

• Substitute registrants from the same organization will be honored.
• All cancellations will receive full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, if cancelled by March 31, 2025. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after April 1, 2025. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after the conference begins or for no-shows.
• All requests for substitutions/cancellations should be sent via e-mail to marketing.events@veradigm.com
• Only one person per registration is allowed. A registration cannot be split between multiple people.
• If a conference sponsor decides they are unable to attend, they must provide notification at least 30 days prior to the event.

For reasons beyond our control, it is occasionally necessary to alter the content and timing of the program or to substitute speakers. Thus, the speakers and agenda are subject to change without notice. In the event of a speaker cancellation, every effort to find a replacement speaker will be made.

Conference Cancellations

We strive to hold all conferences as scheduled. However, due to unforeseen market circumstances, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event 21 days or more prior to its start date. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as a conference has been canceled or rescheduled via e-mail or fax and will, in the case of a cancelled event, process full vouchers for paid registrations ifthe conference is not rescheduled. We advise attendees not to make final travel arrangements more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. Veradigm is not liable for any travel-related or other expenses incurred by delegates in the case of a cancelled conference.

Photo & Video Information

By registering for a Veradigm event, I am granting permission to be videotaped and/or photographed, and record my voice, conversation and sounds during and in connection with my video and interactions at the event. I hereby grant all rights to Veradigm to use the results of such videotaping, photography and recording in perpetuity, throughout the world, to reproduce, distribute, and use, in any manner and for any marketing purpose, all or any portion thereof, including but not limited to communication materials promoting Veradigm products or conferences.

Opt-Out:

As in previous years, we provide our vendors and suppliers an opportunity to sponsor and attend this event to share and inform you of their products and services.  As part of their sponsorship of VCS, they have the option to purchase the VCS attendee list for a one-time pre-event communication.  If you choose to opt-out of this communication, please send an email request to info@veradigm.com and we will remove you from the list we will provide to those vendors and suppliers.
